Working with Shaquia to sell a condo was great. I had no experience in real estate, so I was nervous about getting into this sale. Shaquia was very professional, explained our options, gave her recommendations, and assured us she will help us in whatever we decide. We needed everything that she did and it helped our case tremendously. She sent constant updates as we needed, was available to answer any questions that we had, and was patient even though the condo's value was not high so she would have made more money working for a higher value property. A reason I went with her company was because they assured us they do the same effort regardless of the value of the property and I sensed that through working with her.
